All Packages include the following:
- Full board all inclusive at 4 or 5-star Lodges (depending on where we are hunting with you)
- Daily laundry and housekeeping service
- All hunting drives in reserves as well as pick up and return to the airport nearest to the hunting reserve
- Guided Hunting 1 : 1 with Tracker/Skinner
- Hunting Licence
- Rifle hire and ammunition for your package as well as for trial shooting
- Raw preparation and shipping documents for the taxidermy closest to the hunting reserve
Not included in the packages are:
- Flight fares & tickets
- Taxidermy, insurance, packing and shipment of the trophies
- Tips and personal expenses
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Safaris are confirmed on receipt of 50% of the TOTAL DAILY RATE. The balance, which consists of TOTAL HUNTING COST (less deposit paid) and any additional costs incurred, is payable 60 days prior to the commencement of the safari. Trophy fees are payable at the conclusion of the safari and can be made in cash in camp or by electronic bank transfer, prior to the safari. Any unused credits will be refunded. Any other payment arrangement must be authorized in writing.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no refund on a deposit within six (6) months prior to the 1st of March of the year the hunt is to take place in. If cancelled longer than 6 months prior to this date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Indemnity
All safari activities are potentially dangerous and all lawful directions of the safari operator and/or his staff must be followed. The operator and/or its directors or associates will not accept responsibility for any individual’s negligence, illness, accident or loss suffered by the client during the safari or for any costs incurred as a result thereof.

IMPORTANT: Wounded animals will be charged in full after an unsuccessful search – we ask for your understanding!
